I work with self-aware, introspective individuals ready to reclaim their nervous system, heal deep-rooted trauma, and reconnect with life—feeling safe, free, and fully expressed in their body, relationships, and the world.

With a Master’s in Counselling and a background in Psychology & Neuroscience, I bridge science, esoteric wisdom, embodiment & deep nervous system healing to guide you into Radical Rebirth—where you don’t just heal, you transform.

How a dysregulated nervous system manifests

Here are the most common symptoms of Complex Trauma (CPTSD), Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD), or Trauma

  • Unpredictable waves of overwhelming emotions that stay with you for days, weeks or months. Oscillating between high highs and extremely low lows (heightened intensity or total shutdown: numbness, exhaustion, spaced out or frozen in place).

    Emotional flashbacks can pull you back to the raw unprocessed feelings of past traumas, you feel as if it were happening all over again.

  • Do you struggle to remember the majority of your upbringing? Or find yourself feeling disconnected - from you, others, or even the world around you? Maybe life feels distant or fake.

    Constant worry, overthinking, spiralling thoughts, forgetfulness, trouble paying attention while listening, or losing yourself in daydreams could be signs of dissociation.

  • Do you find yourself on “high alert” for real or perceived threats? Or highly sensitive to subtle shifts in people’s body language, tone, patterns of relating or facial expressions?

    Chronic hypervigilance leads to an over-activated nervous system which keeps your body in survival mode, triggered fight-flight-freeze-or-fawn responses.

  • Does your inner world flood with feelings of shame, guilt, self-loathing, or unworthiness? A relentless inner critic sends you into toxic shame and negative self-view spirals, which can often manifest as “perfectionism” or “people-pleasing/fawning-response”.

    You may also experience a strong “outer critic” whereby you judge, shame, criticize and control others either in thought, belief, perception or expression.

  • Do you find it hard to trust others? Or do you experience hyper-independence? Or maybe you simultaneously want deep intimacy and closeness, yet feel terrified of others?

    Effects of trauma can inflict significant stress on interpersonal relationships and negatively impact how we relate to others.

    Especially if trauma occurred in formative years, thereby fostering an insecure attachment style (e.g., avoidantly-attached, anxiously-attached or fearful avoidant).

  • Unprocessed traumatic grief keeps the nervous system stuck in hyper (anxiety) or hypo (depression) arousal.

    Addiction, eating disorders, self-harm and thoughts of suicide are common ways survivors of trauma seek self-regulation.
